PATRICK L. CASEY – Admitted to Nova Scotia Bar in 1977, Pat is Past Chair of the Canadian Bar Association (N.S.) Family Law Section and Past Chair of the Supreme Court of Nova Scotia (Family Division) and Family Court Liaison Committees of the Nova Scotia Barrister Society. He is a founding member and current President of the Association of Collaborative Family Law Lawyers (N.S.) and also a member of the Roster of Mediators for the Family Division. Pat is also a past Director of the Dartmouth Minor Hockey Association and the Canadian Cancer Society (Dartmouth Unit).

RONALD V. PENNY - Ron resides in the Woodlawn area of Dartmouth and has been practicing Dartmouth since his admission to the Bar in 1979. He is a member of the metro Business Association, Real Estate Lawyers Association of Nova Scotia and a former member of the Dartmouth Lion’s Club and Canadian Cancer Society. Ron’s practice is real estate and commercial.

WILLIAM J. CHISHOLM - Will was admitted to the Nova Scotia Bar in 1980 and is presently a member of the Nova Scotia Council of the Canadian Bar Association and a member of the Atlantic Trial Lawyers Association. Will has served as the Secretary of the Dartmouth Barristers’ Society, is a past lecturer at Mount St. Vincent University, past president of the Dartmouth Rotary Club, where he continues to be an active member, is a past president of the Dartmouth South Liberal Association and past president of the Dartmouth Regional Council of the Boy Scouts of Canada. Will is presently a member of the Brightwood Golf and Country Club. His practice is in insurance, personal injury litigation and civil litigation including foreclosures and collections.

KENT W. RODGERS – A life long resident of Dartmouth, Kent was called to the bar in 1982. A member of the Nova Scotia Real Estate Association and Real Estate Lawyers of Nova Scotia, he has lectured at the Bar Admission Course. He has served as Vice President of the Dartmouth Whalers Minor Hockey Association and is a past President of the Dartmouth Curling Club, Volleyball Nova Scotia and has served as director of Sport Nova Scotia and the Canadian Volleyball Association. As well Kent is a member of Brightwood Golf and Country Club. He practices in the areas of Real Estate, Commercial and Foreclosures.

GEORGE P. SMITH – Admitted to the Nova Scotia Barristers Society in 1983, George is a graduate of Dalhousie University. As a military pilot, he served twenty three years in the Canadian Armed Forces, Twenty of which where spent in the local area. George is a member of the Real Estate Lawyer Association of Nova Scotia as well as Lunenburg Golf Club. He practices in real estate law.

MICHAEL J. DUGGAN – Mike was called to the Bar in Nova Scotia in 1993 after receiving a Bachelor of Science degree from Saint Mary’s University and then graduated from Dalhousie University Law School. Michael is a member of the Atlantic Trial Lawyers Association and a member of the Honourable Order of the Blue Goose International, an insurance industry fraternal group. He also volunteers as a minor hockey coach with Chebucto Minor Hockey Association. Mike practice consists of criminal, personal injury and insurance law.
