• registering properties throughout Nova Scotia under the provision office Land Registration Act
• negotiating and drafting Agreements of purchase and sale
• preparing financing (mortgage) or refinancing documents with a public or private lender
• preparing leases
• searching title or arranging property surveys
• dealing with residential and commercial tenancies matters, including representing clients at tribunals or boards governing leased interests
• handling condominium matters on behalf of clients or condominium corporations
